We’re looking for a qualified professional who can handle diverse types of plans on a part-time or full-time basis. The best fit would be well-rounded and able to solve problems, find solutions for difficult cases, interpret and explain complex plans to staff and clients and help retain and develop new business.
Our minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business or related emphasis, 5+ years direct experience in DB/DC/401(k) annual administration, advanced level of proficiency in pension software and MSOffice, pension-related professional designation, proven communication and leadership skills.
